You will receive a Workbook questionnaire that is an essential part of your system build.
This is an in-depth look at your business, that includes providing your assets, branding, and an overview of your current process. This questionnaire does take some time, so grab your favorite drink and take some breaks!
Produce
Over the next week, I will create all of the forms, canned emails, and workflows we discussed during the strategy session. Once that is complete, we will have our Walkthrough session, during this call I will reveal all of your new assets, and review each workflow.
Plan
Upon completion of your Workbook, we’ll have our Mapping Session, this is where we take a deep dive into your process! We will review my pre-mapped workflow and discuss if additional assets are needed. You will receive an Implementation questionnaire following the mapping session if required!
Provide
After our walkthrough call, you will receive your Offboarding packet, which includes links to our sessions, a mapping spreadsheet, FAQs, and a few to-dos. This is when your 14-day Hiccup help begins. Feel free to ask any questions you have so that I can help you get more acquainted with your new system.
